New enzyme preparation enhancer of the extraction in second centrifugation of olive oil
A new development that increases dramatically the % of olive oil in second extraction has been developed by Fungal Bioproducts. 2FR-FB1 is the complex enzyme preparation specially developed to make olive mills earn more money in second extraction.
Usually, a good centrifuge can extract up to a 40 to 45 % of the remanent oil that exist in the olive mill waste after the first centrifugation. Depending on variety of tree, picual, arbequina, frantollo, ect, the place where it is produced and several other factors, the olive mill waste can ratain from 3-4% to 2% of olive oil that can be partially extracted with the second centrifugation.
2FR-FB1 is a new food grade enzyme preparation that can release up to a 40% else of olive oil in second centrifugation. Taking into account the current olive oil price, and the increase of oil produced with 2FR-FB1, it is the best chance to improve benefits in the olive mill in all the mediterranean area, south Europe, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Syria, Turkey, California, Argentina etc.
Our trials have reached a 1% of olive oil retained in the olive mill waste without water addition.

OIL EXTRACTION FROM OLIVE MILL WASTE WITHOUT SOLVENT EXTRACTION
Fungal Bioproducts is proud to announce a new a very important process to eliminate the use of solvent extraction devices in the production of olive oil.
Since decades, extraction facilities has processed the olive oil mill wastes in all the mediterranean area. Fungal Bioproducts is proud to announce that this kind of process with that uses cancer promoting solvents, are not necessary since a new process has been developed.
New biological process promotes the breackage of oil cells and releases the 100% of the oil that is not affordable via centrifugation.
We think that this is a very important advance in the olive mill production as this kind of process can be done in a closed and not expensive facility to the olive mill, and provides a perfect biomass for further fermentation steps. The oil can be collected also by centrifugation or with an screener in a settling tank.
